About This Office
I am Naoki Hoshino, a Japanese-certified attorney (弁護士) registered with the 第二東京弁護士会 (Daini Tokyo Bar Association), with over 15 years of experience focused on legal matters involving foreign nationals in Japan and the companies that work with them.
I started this practice because I believe that everyone living in Japan — regardless of nationality, background, or visa status — deserves clear, honest, and accessible legal support. Borders do not define a person's worth, and they should not define their access to justice.
In a time when narrow nationalism is gaining noise in many parts of the world, I want this office to be a clear counterpoint: a space of openness, dignity, and genuine care for every person who walks through the door.
